Steve Wynn accused of sexual misconduct
Sometimes if it happens in Las Vegas it does not stay in Las Vegas. Ask Steve Wynn. A Wall Street Journal report is stating that Wynn is the latest in a series of high profile men accused of improperly using his power to pressure female employees and other women into sex.

The Wall Street Journal indicated that Wynn’s pattern of behavior occurred over a period of decades. Wynn is 75 years old.
The most damaging report is of a manicurist in 2005 was forced to have sex with Wynn and reported it to a number of people after the event occurred. The WSJ reported that Wynn paid the manicurist a $ 7.5 million settlement.
Shares of Wynn Resorts plunged 10% in Friday. The company is highly influenced by Wynn who is described as being more connected with the company then most CEO’s of other gaming companies. The company has a code of ethics clause that could impact Wynn’s future association with the company.

Wynn is the son of an East Coast bingo parlor operator, he took over the struggling business when his father died and moved into the Las Vegas casino industry in 1967. Wynn opened the Mirage Resort in the late 1980’s which helped modern Las Vegas turn the corner from a Gambling to an entertainment mecca.
